I will keep the forums for community issues but maybe I switch freshdesk for support.
 
Looks great, but:

if you enter the site, there is this huge and nice image as background -> nice.
but the other sites for example: docs oder support got the typical chevereto-blue design -> seemes like another website...like a style-break.

Could be petty, but that's my opinion 😉
