New user language: Tieng Viet

I have some new users registered in the last days, i know they are from germany, but if i look into their profile, i see Language: Tieng Viet

Auto-Language is off and Main-Language is german.

what happens here?

Prior to 3.4.5 there was an issue with the language for new registered users.
