Hey there,

๐ŸŽ‰ I'm glad to announce that from this moment we are selling Pro Support subscriptions for Chevereto!

The Pro Support is all about priorities as I've noticed that the built-in support doesn't fit all user needs. For Pro users is understood that they are handling a Chevereto installation under a lot of heat. This could because of the size of the installation (there's plenty instances over the 1M club), or because it is a critical system in your organization, with too many users or just because you need faster responses.

For all these pros we have a new yearly subscription that puts your needs in front of the line:
  • Tickets (Software, Bugs) and RFC are handled with top priority (30x faster)
  • Unrestricted community access (no pre-moderation, custom title)
  • Access to Pro forums (including coding help)
This new support layer arrives a few weeks before Chevereto V4 production gets released (yay!) as we wanted to offer Pro Support for V4 from day one.

We have enabled more tiers for Pro Support and now you can purchase subscriptions for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.

๐ŸŽ If you purchase the 12-month package (best value) you get one Extra Support ticket for free ($60 value).
