MY WEBSITE STOP WORKING PLEASE HELP

Hello

my website just stop working...i thought I needed to update because I didnt update since 3.4 but still it didnt work and my website is still not working... I didnt do anything at all besides creating few users and upload some pics last few days. besides that I didnt do anything more at all...

this is the error I am getting in the homepage of my website

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/***USER**DOMAIN***/public_html/app/loader.php on line 123


the USER***DOMAIN is the username of the cpanel for arvixe hosting

Hmm, was this caused by Arvixe ??
Is so, why do I keep seeing lots of problems caused by them ?

Is caused by you when you replace the root .htaccess file.
