Moved host, not working

I moved from arvixe to another host with cpanel and the site's not coming up.


I edited /app/settings.php with the new details and it's not working.

getting this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in /public_html/app/loader.php on line 115

http://lolzilla.net is the site.

What am I missing?
