On screens you can see that there are a lot of function, like delete images, modify etc. So obviusly this is the Admin pannel ;)

Yes in chevereto 3, their is a user mod planned... This mod will include lots of functions, including some functions you can see on the screenshots.

In some point yes but not soon because the roadmap has changed on 3.0
