Moderation for the images

Is it possible to add this feature ? So when the user uploads X amount of images the admin /moderator gets an email alert and can review the uploaded images if they are ok to publish. The users would get a message on screen that Thank you for uploading the image /s. Our moderators will review them as soon as possible but please give them up to 12hours to do so……

At some point this will be super important for niche photo sharing sites like mine too…also its easier to get rid of spam crap before they get published and ruining the site before the admin can notice it….
 
surely BUT is it better to have a lot of emails than a lot of spam images 🙂

for example you do a cute kittens photo sharing site and don't want anyone to post porn images or photos of their dogs (love dogs btw). in that case its better. If its a share anything than its pointless but if its a niche site its a must have :/
