is there a way to moderate images?
As you know adsense can ban accounts due to sexual or ilegal content
Any suggestions?

Couple of questions:
1. Are new sign up/users activated as soon as the verify their email? is there a way to moderate account activation?
2. Is there a way to avoid porn/adult images from being uploaded and showed publicly on site?

Yes, they are activated when they verify the email.

No, you can't truly limit that. If someone wants to upload something like that he will find the way to do it. The only way to avoid it is trying to ban him every time.
 
Waiting that option to we can protect our accounts without stress.
