Does anyone else has this issue when minimizing the browser and just by going back the top menu is messed up and in some caes the images too ?

check the screenshoots.

It helps to understand (or try to replicate the issue) if you mention the browser and the platform.
 
sorry i was half asleep when i posted that 😀

android 4.4.4 Z1 compact / chrome
android 4.4.4 nexus 7 / chrome


also after i hit refresh it loads everything properly. BUT if i use it send a message (SMS) and go back to the website (Chrome) the bar is */-/ed again...

both clean none rooted etc.

Same with firefox...but even refresh doesnt solve bar issue

I will ask my users with iPhone to test the same on their phone too.

My mistake not to report it in time...had it for a few versions now....

also got it reported from user on Note 2 4.4.4
