Can I be asked to do this function.
For example I need to notify all users about something new in my site.
I create a message from the dashboard in which I write text and point who will see it (only registered users or guest, or registered+guest).
Message will be displayed and stored in cookes, to the second time it was not show to users.

Thank you and I'll hope that it will be implemented.

Yeah it could be added. I will also add an on/off newsletter setting so you can easily check which users want to get this notices by email.
