Tell me where you can change the maximum resolution for uploading files? I noticed that some file returns an error "Internal Server Error"

p.s. I analyzed the files, the error is only at high resolution (more than 7000 px)

There is a system layer that you can't avoid and that is the physical limitation. Just like your computer may hang when executing a huge task the website can hang when doing a lot of processing. This is the case of this error, you can't expect that the system will process a 7000px image if the machine is not enough.

You either cut down the image upload size limitation or you upgrade your server machine (CPU, RAM, etc.)
