I have set Maximum image size 1200x1800 but Image upload are not work when Images greater than this size. Also Its are not work automatically downsized. Our one member reported that image upload are not working when size is 2550x4200. Also If are image size problem then why not show error about image size error? I am do manually resize 1200x1800 then Image upload working get.

Most likely your server PHP settings (memory_limit) is too short for the task that you are trying to do. In any case, this is not a bug because a bug is something that affects everybody so I will move it to Tech support.
 
To be honest, it varies from server to server. I've found that in VPS/Dedicated you should be OK with 128M but in cPanel based servers you need little more. I've noticed this in last months and must be something odd in how cPanel (or the virtualization layer) handles how much memory PHP is capable to allocate.

So how much you need? Depends on how much is being used and how much is available, how many script are you running etc. Resize is an expensive task so you should try 128M, 256M, 512M and so on.
