Manual update doesn't work

Tried to update to 4.0.0.beta.6 from beta.5 manually, but there is none changes in admin panel, neither any sql messages, after i go for install it shows me that v5 has been installed:

Are there any other options, by the way, there are no errors in the server logs either.

That's odd. Check the file caches, if you manually provided beta 6 and its says 5 then you certainly is either cache or the package is wrong versioned.

Can you confirm that the zip contents is OK for V4.0.0.beta.6?

I dont know why, but after i have uploaded the package directly on the server and unziped it in the websites dir, it has started working.
Seems like everything works right now.
