Hello, I'm not sure why but mail I'm sending from my site is marked as spam. I have tried both Mailjet and Mailgun. My mail-tester.com score is 10/10 and I have all my records setup.

This is not my first time setting up SMTP, I use it on a much bigger community I run and no issues. This issue with Chevereto only happens with mail sent to Hotmail/Outlook.

Any ideas, @Rodolfo ?
 
Are you using dashboard/settings/tools test email feature right?
 
Can you please send a test to this one?

On hotmail/outlook?

Hotmail is always a headache and it sends to spam anything without a "warmed" IP.

Email delivery is working, perfect 10. Your issue is not related to Chevereto.
