Arvixe support their SSL certificate. But you need dedicated IP for SSL certificate. Conatct Arvixe support before buy any SSL.

You don't need dedicated IP for basic certificates. In cPanel-like hostings they use a workaround to allow you to use the cert without a dedicated IP.

Cpanel support SNI , you dont need a dedicated ip address for SSL.
 
gogetssl.com definitely, and choose the Comodo PositiveSSL - for 3 years it cost only $12,35 and you can achieve A+ with ssllabs.com very easy.
 
To add onto this... SSLs.com is owned by NamesCheap and have a bunch of different options and explinations. Ideal for people who are not really sure of what they're doing.
