Logging out problem

Hi all

Can I have some advise please.

I've downgraded my web hosting package for my website. The script was working fine before on the previous hosting package and although it still works now. When myself or a user has clicked the logo button It shows a "page not found" page and the url for the page is logout/?auth_token=7fbf1f969f5725e07b378a29bed0bcdd6db435ad

Is there something I've missed when transferring it over?
