Hey, It never came to my mind that!!!
If I create a new theme when you make a new version and says to replace peafowl.php it won't affect my theme?
 
Peafowl.php is not part of the theme, is part of the system files.
 
yup works for me just need to replace code in multi_codes_textarea["bb-codes"] in peafowl.php

and

function get_img_bbcode() in template.functions.php and it done you will get viewer links in both links list and viewer links too
