Hello. In chevereto 1.9 option was
$ lim_act = true; / / true: Allows uploading just for your domain - false: Allows upload from anywhere (post from another website)
In chevereto 2.0 it is?

That have been improved on 2.0 and no external request are allowed. The only way to allow external requests is using the API.
