¿Cuál es el rewrite para los que usamos lighttpd?
Busqué en avisos y foros, pero no hay información.

No, no lo esta. Pero simplemente traduce el htaccess a lo que sea que usa lighty.
 
No uso esos servidores, preguntale a los que usan eso.
