Hello,

I had a network license to your software in the past. Now, it's gone when I check the panel. What gives? Did you guys change systems or just revoke old licenses?

No, we don't revoke old licenses but there's no purchase record for any of yours ips, email, nothing.

My guess is that you bought this using another account, If you have the PayPal email address I can lookup using that.
