Landing page top bar color

When the Home page style is landing page, and when I change the top bar color, it doesn't change. Was this by design? If so, and you add this as an option?

Yes, the landing page shows a transparent top-bar. If you click the "upload" button you will be able to see the top-bar color in that view.
