Hi, I think it would be cool, if we could translate the title, description and other of added items/pictures. And same for the translations of the categories we create.

It doesn't work like that. Website contents (for SEO) must be declared in one language. Content in multilanguage websites (not talking about user interface) must be tied to one particular language.
