issues with high definition photos

just wanna ask why is it that when I upload a photo it is high definition my max size for a photo is 5MB

and image size is 3MB dimensions 3744x5616 pixels 350dpi

and when image is uploaded it tries to upload image but when finished it says no image uploaded or error

what most likely is the reason for this error?

This is because memory/execution time. Even if your php has 100MB upload limit if your execution time is low you will get this kind of errors.
