Issue with uploader on MAC Book

One of my users reported that the uploader is not working on his MAC book. He said after he select the image by clicking on upload button, nothing happens. He is using Google Chrome on MAC and also tried Firefox. I also asked him to try Incognite Mode in chrome, but same result.

I have tested from Android, Windows but this issue never occurred for me.

Issue seems to be resolved now. I think it was the server change recntly I had that caused the issue with delayed DNS update.
