Issue when upload image from mobile

Dear Mr. @Rodolfo

I tried to upload image from my mobile and it show as below image

Can you pls help me to fix this?
 
just tested on my .11 and on demo .12 as a logged in user and both times worked from chrome on z1compact and nexus 7 (4.4.4) what are you using ?
