Is being used for advertising good?

I see a increase of users who upload advertising pictures for their own business, or SEO companies using my site for increasing SEO for their customers.

Is this good for a imghost? They usually add pictures with description, which I suppose will improve my own SEO... anyone noticed the same?
 
I detected this pattern like two years ago, to protect us I masked user links so they can spam but the link won't pass any juice. They tried to pass spam via album descriptions, user profile URL, etc. Now everything is masked so they are just wasting time.

This is an example of a masked link with a 302 redirect:

So yeah, let them feed you with images. They aren't getting juice which is what matters.
