Invalid file source when remote uploading

I tried testing remote upload but there's an exclamation mark on the image thumb and when I hover my mouse it says "Invalid file source". The source of the image is from my windows server, contains IP address only. For example http://123.456.789.0/image.jpg

Thanks in advance for the help
 
Yes I can confirm that is happening. I will fix it for 3.4.0
