Description of the issue
I wrote to forum after update 3.9.4 And you said when update to 3.9.5 this issue will be fix.

I've updated but i got same issue still. When i try to upload a pic, i got Internal Server Error.

And my error log is:

Yeah when I goto to update 3.9.4 to v3.9.5 it tells me I don't need to update, as I have the latest version,
