Instagram & Windows - Social Network Logins

Hi @Rodolfo and the community, i would suggest the features, btw the 2 more social network logins for instagram and windows live.
A lot people are using hotmail/live (windows) email accounts, and as we know, instagram is today even more hyped than twitter or vk usually.

Both providers are supported by the login library I will implement on V4.

Chevereto 4.0.0-beta.11 already supports Instagram. There won't be support for Windows at this time.
