Increase the all </ body> at the bottom of the page <script> code area

Increase the all </ body> at the bottom of the page <script> code area, now, Dashboard-> Theme-> Custom JS code placed PIWIK statistical code does not work, only in </ body> before to take effect! Manually modify the Theme file, each updated version should be manually modified once!Very troublesome!
