Improvements in the image uploader

1 - add 'add to [album]' for each bulk upload

2 - make a privacy button beside each upload when u upload 1 + images, so the lock button doesnt just private all upload images in that query
 
I could add a button to show upload options like add to album, resize, etc.
 
This will be added in 3.5.X where I will improve the uploader.
