Image Fail with Image Resize

Hi,

Just updated to the new 2.3, and I found a bug:

When I upload a image without chosing the resize option, all looks good:



But when I upload the image, and set the resize e.g. to 800, the image gets weird (the thumb looks good, but click and see how the image looks !):
