Image descriptions on upload

Hello,

I was wondering if this was possible? I did some searching and saw that image titles were changed in 3.6, I run 3.8 but I cannot find out where to let users add a title to the image. If it's not possible now, where can I request this.

This + comments/upvotes will do great for SEO which is very important for us.

I just saw that you can click the little pen on the thumbnail and edit this.

Is there a way that this can be displayed by default before clicking upload without clicking the edit pen? Like have the picture with all of the fields "title, description" then upload?

No, there is no one-click panel setting to do that.

Alternative A:
Select images to upload > Click on the "pen" > Edit details.

Alternative B:
Listing > Click on "pen" icon > Edit title.

Alternative C:
Image > Edit image details (next to the image name).
