Image denied for AI or unsuitable content saved auto chat responses?

Is there a way to send a user an auto response, to say "Sorry bro, this is skibidi AI nonsense. Please check the upload terms again."

When i approve or deny things, i havn't seen anything, it just seems to be delete image, with no repsonse to user? Maybe they get a message, I don't know if i can influence that?

Yes, i want to be able to tell my users check the rules, and don't upload noob images! lol I have a cartoon image gallery, but people upload photos of themselves from random countries in their bedrooms, and ferrari photos, and ronadlo shirts? I would really like a way to see whos been warned for not following rules, and how many messages they have had, so i can ban them at the quickest way possible, if they are a repeat offender.
