Icon Missing On CDN

please check all built in icon are missing when using cdn to host website

One More error in scroll bar after image got uploaded not showing any embed code for website
when uploading more than 15 images at time
 
Above MaxCDN link no longer provides the info. I updated to recent version and all icons have vanished. How to fix this? For now I have removed CDN but i need to know solution for this. What is CORS?
