You have to enable CDN and add the cdn url in the dashboard -> settings -> external services
 
When I wrote my initial reply the url was working just fine on my end. I get the same 403 now.
 
i have cleared the cookie in the browser and dont have any error again. Please delete this topic for me. Many thanks to all !
