I Unable to Install Chevereto on My Centos 7 Server

Hello,

I'm first time install chevereto on my Centos 7 dedicated server. But i uanble to install he showing error - http://prntscr.com/n3l30u

What I have done ?

1. I have upload index.php file on public_html folder
2. And try to open my domain on web browser
3. But it's giving error - http://prntscr.com/n3l30u

What am i doing wrong. Please help me to install chevereto on my server.

The message is very self explanatory, your server is unable to connect to chevereto.com.

Check your server network blocks or try manual installation procedure.

I have sucssfully installed free version chevereto on my domain. But sir i unable to upload any images. Can you please help me whats the cause of this issue. Please see the lightshot - http://prntscr.com/n53orh

Server:
CentOS 7
PHP Version: 7.1
SQL: MariaDB 10.2

I had this bug once time with free version of Chevereto, and it was the firewall of mod_security which has blocked the outgoin curl requests...

Thanks for your response. Yes i'm using cPanel Firewall (CSF). Is this problem happening due to this? Please give me any solution how to solve this.

Hi sir, Can you please let me know which port Chevereto using for image uploading. I will whitelist from CSF. Because i'm still unable to upload any image.

Chevereto websites connects to chevereto.com for updates and installation. No connection is being made for the upload process.

The problem that you have is that your server is refusing to connect to Chevereto.com and I can't tell you why because is your server who is refusing the connection, not ours.

HTTPS goes on port 443.

Open your own Support thread. https://chevereto.com/community/forums/community-support.93/

And if you are getting the exact same error message then you will get the exact same response. Is YOUR server who is refusing to connect to our API. We don't block anyone. We can't do anything to prevent your server from blocking our API, is your server who is restricting you, not ours.
