Good afternoon Rodolfo.

since I updated Chevereto on my site https://www.tastycibus.com, I can no longer log in as administrator nor as user; same is for registered users who can no longer login and upload.

When I try to log in with Facebook, Twitter or G+ account, I get an error message (Route not available until the system update gets installed): could you try me solve this problem please?

The site is on SiteGround.com and I have used a self-intall tool for Chevereto.

Waiting for you quick and kind reply.

Thanks and best regards,

Hi,

Release 3.14.1 address this issue. https://chevereto.com/releases#v3_14_1

Since you aren't able to log in into your admin panel, you will have to proceed with manual update procedure: https://chevereto.com/docs/update-guide
I contacted Siteground and I’ve been told that they can check for me the connection with API with Chevereto but they need to know the IP and the port for updates in order to see if there are jams.

Waiting for your kind reply I remain with kind regards.

Marko

You can't use the one click update because you can't go to /dashboard (login + admin required).

You must carry the manual update procedure. There's no other way.

Sure, send server access to REDACTED, include the following:
  • Website URL
  • User / Password (SSH, cPanel, or (s)FTP)
  • Include the path to locate your webiste (/home/.../public_html)

Hi,

The issue has ben fixed by upgrading to 3.14.1, login and everything else should work as expected.

Sorry for the issues this may have caused,
Rodolfo.
