How do I change from HTTP to HTTPS links in the website?

Is automatic. If the website is loaded as https:// it will convert everything to https.

Because when you add https to your website you are not forcing all the traffic to go with https. You need to force that at server layer.

Yeah... That happens when you delete the Chevereto default .htaccess rules. Don't do that unless you know what you are doing. I've fixed your website by simply adding the missing rules.
