What is the cause for the HTTP error when trying upload any image/any size? Remote upload seems to work fine.

Everything works for me. It took me to view.php as well

I'm using Safari 5.1.3 on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3
 
Hmm, will need to look more into this. It doesn't work when uploading with a user account, or it does but it won't link the images to the user.
 
Http error is usually related to internal server errors in uploadify. This errors could be triggered by php in some cases.
