HTTP Error (403) : no image has been uploaded

Hi there,

I just installed chevereto 2.2 latest version , and I did almost all required configurations.

I am facing problem when i want to upload my first file :

I got 403 error !! like what showing in the below screenshot :

is this related to .htaccess setting ??

Please help !!
