How to Use URL Shortener by Default?

Hi guys. This is probably a simple question. How can I set my version of Chevereto (running at www.i.srt.bz) to use my selected URL shortener by default? Basically I need the "Create a short URL using Srt.bz" option to be checked by default.

Open the file 'content/themes/Peafowl/view.php'

and add:

checked="checked"

to the short url checkbox.
