How to upload from password protected remote url?

Hi there, I am trying to upload remotely pictures from a rapidleech that is "user : pass" protected, for example:

http://user:somepass@rl.somehost.org/rapidleech/files/k1337.jpg

but its not recognizing the url as valid.

Is there a way to fix that ..?

It should work just like that. If that doesn't work then your server is limiting curl.

I have tried to upload image from my rapidleach to numerous image hosts that are posted in the showcase section ... none of them recognizes the image link. I have also tried to upload to the demo site "http://demo.chevereto.com/" with no success. 😡

So it is not really hosting issue .. something has to be included to the code..

It seems that an special option must be parsed to curl handle. I will test it for V3.
