How to Skin Local Upload Field and Browse Button

Hey guys, we have been working pretty extensively on our Chevereto UI. We are wanting to theme the Local Upload field to match what we have done with the Remote Upload field. In addition, we would also like to skin the Browse button so it looks like the others. Would any of you mind lending a hand and explaining how we could go about this?
