These images makes my stomache sick. I got the first upload today and deleted and banned the IP. But should we do more when you get this shit? It's the worst of the worst
 
before you delete the content save the ip and other evidence, then inform law enforcement agencies.

a famous german image host got shut down because such assholes uploaded cp.

the police confiscated the servers and the site wasn't availiable for a long time.
 
One for a future release no doubt, but I do like the first one mentioned in this post earlier in the year.

"Report Image Button - option to place the image into "review" mode after a few reports."

It would probably work well in this sort of situation.
