How to fix that

Hello. I've try to customize a theme little bit and i've found some issues, after changing background there is some problem after refreshing the page.

as u can c there is a margin on a bottom of the page and i can't find the reason why

i've change the code for now cause it was annoying.

I have taken a look in Firefox, Chrome and IE9 - works fine.

in GC refresh using F5 fiew times and then refresh using logo u will c the difference
ATM u have2 scrool down and up when u refresh using F5

i don't know how but its ok now xD no windscreen at all, fixed by self i think

It's a casual error on certain situations. The js need to be tweaked a little bit but is tricky because is pretty hard to reproduce this error.
