How to display footer

How would we go about enabling the footer? We see there are files for it but even when we remove the fade from the bottom the footer doesn't display and we would like to display a few things like dmca and such.

Footer is always called, at least the footer file. In order to make it visible or something you need to add styles and things like that because by default the system doesn't have a style for the footer.
