How to compile list of Users and UIDs?

Hello!

I'm looking for some guidance.

Trying to figure how how to compile a csv containing the following columns:

Column 1: User Name
Column 2: User's Email Address
Column 3: User ID

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I am quite new to this world.
