How make listing page image Thumbs like Flickr ?

Description of the issue
Now listing page is " http://prntscr.com/gltlgx " where image Thumbs are cropped and not visible the full image in the thumb. And my settings are this " http://prntscr.com/gltlxo " but I want it like Flickr " http://prntscr.com/gltmbv " where Thumb sizes are different to show the complete image in the thumb.

Dashboard > Settings > Listing.

You only have two options for "image listing size" (fixed or fluid).

I tried both methods but for large size, image Thumbs are getting cropped always. I would sugged to add a new listing method like " Flickr"

Those are the only options at this time.
