How do you follow someone on desktop computer.

I don't see the + follow button ?

Actually this is a bug and affects the admin account (admin can't see the follow button).

The bug is present on mobile and desktop, I will work on it.
 
False positive, I had "private profile" on my account that's why the button was being hidden. This is not a bug, when you are "private" you can't follow people.
